  • 19% of individuals between the ages of 45-64 reported losing sleep due to stress a few nights per week.
  • 32% of the survey respondents reported sleep loss due to stress at least once a week.
  • 16% of the survey respondents reported stress-induced insomnia.
  • 2% of the survey respondents reported staying awake due to stress over current events.
  • 16% of the survey respondents reported staying awake due to stress over personal finances.
  • 23% of the survey respondents reported staying awake due to stress over family issues.
